For the independent delivery of espresso and steam, without affecting the thermal balance even under particularly demanding working conditions, thanks to the volumetric pump and the option of direct connection to the water mains.
Water/Steam Boiler
Made of AISI 316 stainless steel, monitored by a pressure sensor, with direct adjustment via the touchscreen display.
Espresso Boiler
Made of AISI 316 stainless steel, with temperature control managed by a PID thermostat integrated into the display controller. It allows regulation of the water temperature at the brew group in a range from 80 to 100 °C, in order to optimize extraction according to the different types of coffee and roasts, while maintaining constant thermal stability.
Torre Peppina Evo is designed for home baristas who seek a premium espresso experience.
